Custom orders Policy:
We do not offer refunds on Custom Orders but we may offer credit or exchanges considering that the product is returned in the condition that it was received and at the clients cost. Custom orders are made to clients specifications.
Standard return policy:
Full credit or exchanges may be honored provided the product is returned in the condition it was received and at the customers expense. Please contact Bonnie directly regarding credit or exchanges.
Before attempting any return, please contact us directly for Return Authorization and to discuss the return agreement. Please do not send materials back without advance approval.
We will always attempt to accommodate our customers to their satisfaction.
*Any Approved Refunds will be based on a re-stocking fee and do not include any associated shipping costs.
